Over the next 9 weeks we will be providing a private pilot ground school class on Monday evenings. It is geared for student pilots, but anyone that wants to freshen up their knowledge is encouraged to come. It also helps the students to have some experienced pilots in the class to provide some additional insight. If you plan on pursuing a Private Pilot license in the near future, this is an excellent opportunity to learn the basics of flying.
The classes are open to anyone, so if you have family, friend or neighbor that is interested, bring them along.Class will begin June 18th at 6pm and will be held on each Monday thereafter for 8 weeks with the exception of July 23, Air Venture Monday.
As the course will be a discussion / support class all participants will be required to have a copy the Private Pilot course from Sporty's. If you don’t have a copy, the cost for the Sportys course is $199. Class room discussion is offered at no cost.
